Facilities Manager

I am a senior facilities manager, based near Kingston upon Thames, with 20 years experience of providing a high standard of service.

I specialise in business start up as well as the restructure of existing businesses with the ability to proactively identify, establish and assign purchasing and relocation solutions.  I can provide, develop and monitor contracts and suppliers and provide supplier management. 

In recent times I have successfully managed internal and external refurbishment projects and have brought them in on time and on budget. I have also had responsibility for liaison with office landlord, company solicitors and managing tenancy agreements.
